Need someone's help

My car has been in and out of dealerships numerous times now for a tick/rattle in the engine bay. Ford keeps saying it's just the heat expansion where the manifolds meet the headers and it's normal. I know for a fact that it isn't. The noise is consistent with rpm and I know very well what heat expansion sounds like. At this point in willing to pay one of you with a stock exhaust system to come with me to ford to show them it's NOT normal and mines the only one doing it. (Note: sound is most prominent after an oil change and lessens after roughly 3k miles. However still noticeable.) I'm in Rockwall area in tx. Just east of Dallas metro.

Dude... There are other stock GTs at the dealership I'm sure. Asking people on here for a stock GT is like going to a strip club asking for a virgin stripper. Just sayin lol

Valid argument.... Lol. But this dealership has only '15 models. No S197s. I've tried to have them compared but they say it's normal on them and the '15s don't do it. **** it though if it comes down to it I'll just grenade the car eventually.

They said my cars build date is after the dates mentioned in the TSB. So... Basically I'm stuck with a car that ticks. With 9k on the clock...

I would get in touch with Deysha over on allfordmustangs.com She is a great source on helping people with service related problems. They will need your Vin and dealer and she will go to work solving the problem. Deysha is the username in the Ford rep section on the forums.

Thanks for the referral. I created an acct and PM'd her what was going on this past Saturday. Saw she was active today but haven't received any response. Guess I'll see if she gets back to me this week.

She replied to my message and told me she couldn't escalate it if the dealership hasn't acknowledged an issue/concern. I've compared the noise to countless on the forums and YouTube. All of which have had motors replaced due to main bearing problems. While I'd hate to have my motor replaced with only 9k miles. I'd rather have the peace of mind knowing it's sound.

Clip above isn't mine but SAME noise and his got replaced.
