What to look for?

I'm hoping to get my car up on a lift today. The car was already lowered when I bought it. I'm wanting to see how they done the exhaust, I know it has rousch mufflers so far other then that I'm not sure. I'm also wanting to see if I can tell what kit was used to lower the car. What's some other things that I should try to look at while I've got the car up in the air? Also I'm planning to get some new tires in a few months. With the car being lowered what are some of the key factors I need to look at and check to determine what size tire I can go with? Thanks in advance!

Make sure the car has an adjustable panhard bar.

As for tire size the only thing you need to know is the height and width of the rims. Since it's already on your car then most likely offset is fine.

What are the sizes of your rims? Front and back

The wheels are 19x8.5 (Atleast I think they're 8.5) it's a set of stock wheels. The tires on them now are 245/45/19 all the way around. Click image for larger version

I got the car up on the lift this afternoon. As for the exhaust it's just roush axle back everything else is stock. For the lowering kit it is eibach (shocks, springs, sway bars, struts). The panhard bar and control arms are all stock. It appears to need an alignment aswell, and tires sooner then I was hoping. So should I keep 245/45 tires up front and go with 255/45 in back? Also do I need to think about switching out the panhard bar or control arms are anything else when I do my tires and alignment? Thanks!

Yes you should do an adjustable panhard bar along with upper and lower control arms. And lower control arm relocation brackets.
