Those come with black appearance package right? I came across a thread by someone with grabber blue gt wanting to get these rims - I'm not too about it though, I was half asleep lol.

Ps: if you can't sell em (shipping to US would be a betch), either plastidip them black or just put the rims on sale on Craigslist. There are people who'd buy them just cause they're from a mustang.. lol

You know I'm glad mine didn't come with those. Someone would buy them I think they would look better on a red mustang though. Be like the Red Baron!

No it was a 900$ option. I didnt build the car. found it on the lot. last black on black 5.0 6spd 3.73 left in canada. I did see someone flat black them, don't like it. might just keep them for a bit until i get some staggered sliver rims

Thing is I can't decide how I feel about them they look strangely cool in a way! Car looks good and I would take the rims to get the 3:73 gears too!

ya i had no choice. had to fly out to get it. 9 left and only 1 with the gears. i think they look good on the grabber blue cars. and im starting to like them too. ive had the car for only 2 weeks and only drove it home. it's winter here and it's just sitting in the garage. so i don't get to look at it much i'll still get something different im sure, but after a few upgrades. I couldn't see what rims you have dave73.

Me too that's why I put the picture up! I love that car with those rims. Those are the 18" Bullit style polished aluminum you should be able to easily find a set. I would consider holding on to those rims you have though too for an extra set.

I wasn't so sure about those wheels when I first saw them either. But the more I see them the more I'm liking them. Click image for larger version

Like bazinga11 said, you could plasti dip them all black. Then maybe do your 5.0 emblem, and tint your corner lights, marker lights. Kinda go the whole black out look if you like that kind of look? Or maybe do a chrome grill insert to tie them in a bit?

Since you're going to plastidip them anyway, try doing it black on one of your wheels and see how you like it. If not, well it comes off like butter.

Not sure how it would look on that style of wheel but. If your sitting around bored one day try masking off the wheel and just paint what's chrome. Maybe in a red or a blue color. If you like one of those maybe do your 5.0 emblems same color or add some kind of striping or decal to match? I've seen some black after market wheels with a red or blue accents that looks good. Trial and error, and if you find something you really like you'll save a lot of money from not buying a new set of wheels. Good luck!
