Poly, Rod, or Poly/Rod panhard bar?

I'm looking to buy an adjustable panhard bar for my 2012 GT. It's my daily driver with the occasional spirited driving. I need help deciding which kind of panhard bar ends I should get for LONGEVITY. If you could list any pros/cons that would be great too! Thanks for any help!

Poly with grease fittings. Consider a fays2 watts link if you have the money it makes the car handle like a different animal well worth the money.

I second the watts link. Much better piece of suspension.
