it literally takes 30 minutes to completely get the intake manifold off. ( From thr time you pop the hood, till your lifting it off the motor.) Get it done

Got the fuel charging assembly on. Injectors. Obviously the blower. The biggest pain in the *** thus far has been the grinding if the timing cover and figuring out how to mount this damn pulley brackets. Gonna start again in the morning. Put about 4 hours in today and an hour yesterday. The instructions kinda suck and they don't have many picture and they're in black and white. Oh well we will figure it out.

Got the pulley system on today. Changed the plugs. Got some of the vacuum/ brake booster line ran. Bypass valve line ran. Some wiring for the tps and stuff, got the intake and throttle body on as well. Had to cut out because it's Christmas Eve and had tons of places to run this evening. Gonna take off the front clip in the morning and start mounting the heat exchanger and tank and get that wiring done. Hopefully wrap everything up tomorrow evening. Total hours so far is 6.5. Gonna change the oil as soon as I'm done to royal purple 5w20 just in case and it's due for one anyway.

Why didn't you drop the extra $400 and upgrade to the id1000's? Now if you ever want to hit 600+ you have to drop $900+

Because I don't wanna go any higher. I'm not gonna forge it for another 4-6grand or whatever. Doesn't matter that much to me to go any higher than what it will be in power. It's a daily driver. Stoplight to stoplight fun and whenever else I want. I don't even have a track within 3 hours of me. The only other reason I can logically think of to go higher would be for bragging rights which this car will be the quickest around here.

Did you have to de-pin a bunch of connectors like the Roush kit?

None of it was hard. Honestly. It's jut time consuming. I rate it about a 6. Had around 9 hours in it even changing the oil and downloading the tune.

6700$ including the boost gauge and pod. And coolant. Not counting the new oil I'm running. Spark plugs 170degree thermostat and the complete stage 2 kit.

I've done two sessions of datalogs. I'm on my 4th tune now.ill do the datalog for it tomorrow. The first two revisions and the base tune he sent me had some weird surging issues at half-3/4 throttle but this new tune took care of that.
