Yeah i got the new one. If it lets only a fraction of oil by then im fine with that just as long as it keeps 90%. I dont mind emptying the can when it needs to be becuase im always tinkering with my car and it takes 30 seconds anyways.

I have one also. The claim is 100% effective and there is an update for the new cans available Feb just pay shipping. Intended for severe duty applications like boost and road race.

I have one also and I'm curious to what these updates are going to look like. I actually drove my car around yesterday for about 20 miles.

I will say the can gets very hot where it's mounted. I'm hoping that the plastic quick connects and the internal seal that attaches to the quick connect fittings that are screwed into the can are heat resistant and don't get brittle over time and crack or the seal gives way.

I didn't appear to have any vacuum leaks with the install and my car idled very smoothly so that is good. I'm not sure how many miles I'm going to put on it before I check the can to see how it's doing.

I have concern with mount location too. I'm thinking of getting the 2015 remote mount and hoses for install by the washer bottle.

I thought about that too but I'm not sure if there is room or not for it to go there. For what it's worth, my Bob's can gets just as hot mounted to the strut tower though it doesn't have any plastic fittings on the can itself.
