5.0 emblem chance

Hey guys I'm thinking about switching the chrome 5.0 emblem to black and I have noticed that some of the black ones have have guides on them so wondering if there is holes under the factory emblem and if so are they under the 5 or the 0

Each emblem is directional, one for left and one for right, there are 2 location tabs in back of the emblems.

5.0 emblem chance

The black ones I got offline did not have the guides. I used masking tape to mark where the emblems were supposed to go and the new ones covered the holes just fine.

I just eyed mine and look perfect on the car. Passenger side frustrated the hell out of me getting the tape off but other than that easy install.

When I had matte black emlems , I did the same masking tape around the factory ones to mark, and then put on using tape for alignment. I now have the carbon fiber covered from JLT, they came with factory alignment tabs
