I’m not sold on the looks, but if I test drove one and it performed well in the power & handling dept. – then it would have my attention.

Aren't you the lucky one. Perhaps you could post up a mini-review of your driving impressions?

Why not use a brief and descriptive post to describe the experience and then post videos to add more later on.

Okay back on topic. I think the new roush is a bunch of stick on parts with a big price tag and name brand recognition. When I get into the price range these cars bring I expect functional upgrades that the rest of public can't get thus making a roush mustang exclusive. Sick of their stick on hood scoops and decals and so so suspension upgrades. I'd rather build it myself and put my name on the side.

Even the stage 3 is not a good bang for the buck. I appreciate your viewpoint. Value is important to me I grew up wanting the best and when I work hard to afford the best it has to be before I drop a dime. Roush rides a name imo and they should take a lesson from Shelby when it comes to turning out exclusive cars.

For people that buy for name brand recognition roush is great. But for a guy like me to consider a roush the body would have to of gone through some fabrication instead of stick on parts.

I'm with BJay, I really don't think Roush is even in the same league as Saleen when it comes to building a Mustang....yes I know Saleen is going bankrupt.............but they still made a better Mustang in my opinion.
I wouldn't spend my hard earned money on a Roush Mustang. Now with that said, Roush/Yates makes some of the most fantastic Ford push rod carb'd motors on the planet......along with some pretty impressive heads for SBF's.

Aww, that's a bit strong. It's actually a really good car. I drove one and was favourably impressed. I'm sticking with my 12, I do love it's raw vigorous nature. If I didn't have one, I'd seriously consider the car.

I drove a regular GT. It is a better car technically, in every way than the car it replaces. If there us anything negative, it is that the car may actually be a little too sophisticated. It has taken away the raw, barbaric hilarity that hallmarks Mustangs for decades.

Ya I mean that is a good way of putting it. the new 15 really went retro and jumped forward. but i mean so did the tech in it. Roush is coming out with the 1 way adjustable coils and 3 way. active exhaust with 3 levels and they are making it connect with your phone so you can customize how you want your car to sound. and they are coming stock with 6 piston brakes, that is just some of the stuff I mean you can now buy a 15 put a 15 roush and ford racing supercharger on it and keep your warranty.... awesome

Well...you could do that with the 11-14s as well, re. the sc and a warranty....

Personally not loving the 6 pot brakes for this reason: unsprung weight and very limited pad choices. I'd still get them bc I'd never scrimp on brakes but, good to know the long term costs of purchase choices....says the guy who is about to repad his BBP car

The look has grown on me a bit, but so far, I'm still not on board. I do love the gt350 performance however.

The front end looks really busy. Between the fake scoop, the air extractors, and the Roush grilles, there is too much going on in my opinion. GT350R takes the cake, for me.

Someone on FFM saw a post on another forum stating: $69,000 for one, but the post was quickly pulled down.
