Which Axlebacks do I have?

I've had my used 2014 GT for a day now and just got state inspection. While it was up in the air, I checked the exhaust, definitely aftermarket and loud as hell but doesn't sound that great to me. Lots of drone, no crackle or pop on decel but not as nice sounding as Roush.
The only writing on them was "free flow" and SS. Looked like nearly straight tubes and no baffles?
Tech said they shouldn't really be passed because no baffles or some crap like that but I got a sticker anyway.
Sorry, no,pics. My phone died due to me forgetting to transfer my charger cord to the new car.

Also, I had Roush ABs on my 2011. Absolutely loved them except I did have drone. Cruising along it was just a little more noise inside than I would prefer. Would GT500 ABs be quieter inside but still sound sweet?
Can you pack something inside the Roush to make it just a tad quiter or no?

How do some people say they have Roush ABs and there's no drone? Are you kidding me? Unless your foot is all the way off the accelerator you can't even hear yourself think. Ok, highway speeds and you're coasting....no drone.
Don't get me wrong, I love the way they sound, just not allll day every day. Is there a way to make the GT 500 AB slightly louder or the Roush slightly quieter?
I'm on a less than $500 budget for a replacement for whatever is on there now.
I think it is Pypes on there now. Yes it's loud but it sounds terrible and the drone is even worse than the Roush I had on my 2011.

Remove the resonators to make the gt500 louder. Remove the resonators and put maybe some
Vibrant bullet style in instead of the stock resonators to quiet it down maybe.

I currently have the GT500 AB with no resonators on my 14 GT and it's the perfect sound IMO. I had the Roush AB first and while it was a great sounding system, I was starting to get some drone at 2,000 rpms as well as it was too loud in certain instances. I'm very happy with my setup now.

You don't need aftermarket headers to make it loud or sound good... Come on people.

OP, a set of GT500 mufflers would probably be perfect for you. If you want more noise than that just have muffler shop delete the resonators. Yep, sounds like pipe bombs or similar on now. Good luck.

I just put on a borla atak catback system and it sounds great! Extremely loud but sounds clean. And I have absolutely no drone at all. I'd post a video but I have no idea how to.

How do I know if I still have my resonators or if they're already gone? I don't know what they look like or where?
Could someone post a photo of them and then I can lay down under the back and see if they're there.
If I have them still and can remove them then GT 500 ABs may be the way to,go from what mihrab.

Look at the over axel pipes towards the mufflers if the resonators are there you'd see them. If not it'll be straight pipe from the mid pipe
