Clutch sticking during shifts

I've noticed a few things when doing spirited high rpm pulls. This is my first manual so I'm not too sure if this is common. After high rpm shifts, the clutch will release very very slow. Like it sticks or something. I have to force it back all the way out by placing my foot behind it and pulling back. It doesn't last long, but it concerns me.

Any inputs?

the main reason for the clutch pedal sticking is the clutch assist spring. it's a bit of a pain in the *** to pull out but once i did, i have never experienced my clutch pedal sticking to the floor.

here is a video on youtube showing how to do it. it's just one example on how to do it, if you google it, it shows a couple of different ways.

Great advice above.
I noticed mine shifts better with the traction control off.
and shifts way better with the assist spring removed.
It's very simple .
I used this video on my 13 gt.once you do it you will be surprised how easy it is to take out the spring and how much better it shifts.
