Pypes headers?

Got a buddy that's selling some and I can get them for a good price. Are they worth it?

No pic but they are close to new... He traded his car in. Do they make decent power?

American racing and kooks make the most power according to Dallas mustang and also pypes apparently leak as as do Mac. The best pound for pound is bbk ceramic. Not chrome chrome gets very hot.

They said that if you want pypes or Mac installed it's about 100 bucks more for install vs the others due to fitment issues as well

Then the bottom part is irrelevant. I mean if you can get them very cheap and they still are in good shape go for it the diffence vs the upper echelon wouldn't be worth it imo

Everyone has their opinions and experiacnes I have owned bbk on my 3v and currently have American racing on my 5.0. I never had a problem with my bbk on my 3v and made gained 13rwhp from them from a regular off road x with factory headers then took off put bbk ceramic with off road x and gained 13rwhp from them throttle response was noticeable as well so again I have had a good experience with them . That's not to say someone may have had a bad experience with them. If one doesn't have any data (experience) with a part then thier opinion is almost irrelevant

yeah I agree the ARH and Kooks are probably the best available, but what are you talking about Pypes leaking? never had an issue with my Pypes leaking, and I don't even think Mac makes headers for our cars, so not sure why you'd even mention them, and BBK are not pound for pound better than Pypes, the stepped design of Pypes is better than the smaller diameter BBK's

Again going off previous engagements. Mac was for my 3v I have 3v as my beater and my 5.0 as weekend only car. Pypes leaked for me and apparently is a common issue call Dallas mustang and ask shop manager. Again some may have not any problems. It can relate to all things ford vs dodge or play station vs Xbox. Whatever you have had luck with stick with impersonly like my bbks and didn't like how pypes had a leak this was for the 3v as far as the coyote idk I won't comment but I have heard not great things but i do not take anyone's word that I don't know for it by all means go ahead spend money and try it it's only money and money grows everywhere so it ok
