I have the Roush phase 1 kit in my '14 GT (A6) which is virtually identical to the phase 2 kit. The factory AC is fully functional, but begins to weaken in ambient temps around 95* F. My solution was upgrading to the Ford Racing/GT500 fan which provides more air flow across the entire cooling system and intercooler. Compared to the stock GT fan, the FRPP has an extra fan blade, cooling slats and operates at a higher speed which makes it a bit more noisy.

You'll need to switch to full synthetic air conditioning fluid though.

But if it don't, they make dash mounted electric fans that work awesome!

Running with all that extra power you may want to run Canadian air in your tires. I got +2 mpg when I switched over eh?
If you really want power look into a "Turbo encabulator" there's a video and great info on it.

Well, thankfully from both the movie standpoint and the a/c with s/c concern, I am sure glad it isn't the '80s anymore.

go to home depot. buy duct tape and a tubing of your choice. drill hole in firewall to route tubing from passenger AC vent, through the hole, and to a hole in the intake. (tune may be required. call American Muscle and let them know about your new mod.) Use duct tape to seal tubing. When you want maximum psi, turn max ac on, and shut all vents except for the passenger vent with the fans on full.

I dont know the full gains to this mod just yet, but I will let you guys know when I get drunk enough to do this.

What color stays cooler? If I shoot it through my tailpipes will it coat the inside of the header?

Why does everyone think cooling the engine is good? Your supposed to use thermal tape to keep the heat in the engine. A good mod is to tape off the front of the radiator. You lose a lot of heat there.
