Header and x pipe question. Pipe first?

For those who have done the header and x pipe route, besides gt500 mufflers, are there any other mufflers that are good for quieting down the noise? Also if you go x pipe first, can the shorty x pipe fit bolt on to the exhaust without modification? I was gonna do x pipe first then a month later do its complementary header.

You have to do both at the same time. The mid pipe won't fit

Correct.

And Kooks mufflers aren't too loud.

What you could do if it is hard to drop all the money at once you could buy them separate and just leave them alone in your garage for awhile

Kooks, S types (debatable but not as loud as some axle backs), borla tourings, ford racing mufflers, Gt500s like you said, someof the magnaflow mufflers, flowmaster american thunders, RTR, Corsa sport, Bassani, Mac, JBA. These are the axle backs that are more on the quiet side, although personally I think some of them don't sound very good but to each their own...

Hmmm I guess I'll see if anyone would do trade for trade for my flowmaster outlaws when it comes time.
