Brake fluid upgrade

I currently have dot 3 brake fluid and will soon be upgrading to motul 600. My question is how much brake fluid do I need to purchase to properly change fluid and bleed the brakes.

3 to be safe. Get rid of remainder within a short time. Like if you have a track event soon like a week or two use it to bleed after event. If you just street drive the car there are other fluids that are quite good with a better price tag.

I found the motul 600 on several websites for $14 a container (500ml). Three containers sounds about right.
I will to bleed the brakes myself with the one-man operation. I've watched several YouTube videos and they seem very helpful. The process seems quite easy.
Has anyone else bled their own brakes with the one man operation??
Any advise?
