Intake hose help.

Last year I broke the clip that hold the hose onto the intake tube. I've tried to super glue to repair it but it didn't hold. So I had to zip tie the clip till I figured something out. So here is my question. Is there any way to replace this small clip. It's the yellow piece, I know it's hard to see

Maybe the junkyards will have one; the GT's are starting to arrive in them where I live.

Other than that, a dealer.

That runs to the chech valve in the brake booster. You could always switch to the manual setup.

Yes use the part number Larry (caspergt) gave. That clip is not sold separately from Ford so you would have to buy the whole setup.

I lost the lime green on the other vacuum line.....it fell down and is probably hung up on the top of the splash guard ( I hope)....in the mean time I ran a skinny zip tie through the connection and it seems to work.

Sent from my SM-T217S using Mustang Evolution mobile app

I ran a zip tie until I was tired of it falling off. Is saw some clips that might work if you wanted to use the factory setup. It's a ford fuel line clip

I went to the local Ford dealer and tried to explain....

Just decided to wait til I change the oil again and hopefully the clip is hung up on the splash guard. If not, the zip tie will remain in place.

Yea I know the feeling. You could go to oreillys/autozone and give the fuel line retaining clips a shot. They look identicle to the one I broke. Part number is 800-023 they come in a pac of 6 for $3.99

I know this thread is old but I ended up breaking that clip and ordered the part listed here and it works perfectly. The part listed comes with 3 black and 3 white. Two different sizes. The black one is the one that fits. Now is anyone wants to stop using zip ties I can mail one to you for free. I have two left from the kit.
