Yea those are the ones that have been discontinued. That's why they don't have the 295/55-15's anymore.

Thanks. On Sunday I'm also going to be doing the Bama vs roush tune. I know everybody wants to know so I'm gonna finally do it. Traction won't be a factor nor will driving with my auto.

Also the SVE wheels with MT 275's weighed in at 51 pounds. My stock 19's with 255's weighed 57 pounds. So I lost 12 pounds of rational weight. Isn't there a formula where rotational weight gets converted to total dead weight?

I weighed my drag setup and this is what the weights come out to be. Granted this is on a bathroom scale but it's pretty accurate. Being radials they will weight more.

Weld RT-S 17x4.5 with Hoosier Radials 26x7.5x17=38 lbs.
Weld RT-S 15x10 with M/T ET Street Radials 295/55-15=50 lbs.

Great info. So if I'm stock ride height and currently running stock 245/45/19's what 15 inch drag wheel and tire size will work without changing anything? Thanks

A 15x8 wheel will bolt right up.
A 15x10 wheel requires sway bar relocation brackets. Simple to do.
I always recommend a 15x10 wheel though.

What tire size will work on the 15X8 to keep same height as factory? Do they do 15x9?

Yeah Grabber I went with the 15x10 per your recommendation and the pictures talk for them selves. Great fit, no rubbing. I have a balance weight hitting my brake caliper but they will be moved about 1/4 inch inward tomorrow so it stops rubbing. Doesn't hit on the passenger side but does on driver. Removing the tabs for the sway bar was so easy, my sawzaw cut threw like butter. I will be taking a grinding wheel to the cut tabs soon just to get a nice rounded look and so its not sharp.

you can use the same tires I did 275-60-15. The test wheel for the MT's was on a 8 inch wheel so you will be fine. Go to Mickeythompson.com and they show how wide tires are and what size wheel they did the measuring on.

I have a 2014 GT, I have the Weld RT-S wheels(15X10) with MT 325/50's which are huge. But with the RT-S's Medium pad with 7.5" backspacing the outside edge of the tire is even with edge of the fender and clears inside as well. Relocation brackets are required but they are cheap(About $40)and easy to install. Looks awesome from behind especially with the 17X5" skinny front tires. Great drag racing stance. I use these for the track.

A 275/60-15 will fit the 8" wheel but it's about a half inch taller than your stock size. But that tire doesn't fit the rim very good so it will stick out further than if you had a 10" wheel.

I just called the track and they said it's not going to rain that they looked on the radar and they don't see anything coming their way. I didn't even know they did that. So I think I'm going to go. If you go look for me I'm sure I'll be the only Grabber Blue mustang with black rims in the rear.

I've had the roush tune for awhile now. I like it. I still want to text it against other tunes but I keep getting rained out. Next time I will do the test and there won't be rain.
