I bought the "beefcake special" from beefcake racing so I'm not sure how it was broken down. Let me peep my invoice.

Looks like 960$ on my invoice. So you got a helluva deal.

I searched all over the place and stumbled upon rttuning.com a local shop in PA. I was actually going to have that shop install the procharged kit but never heard back from them.. Oh well. Their store however had these for much cheaper.. To anyone else looking to get them that's where to go.

That's awesome man. Great find. As a whole, the kit I purchased was much cheaper than piecing everything together so I saved in other spots.

The grill really opens up the front which also exposes the plastic brackets behind it.. Contemplating whether or not to cut them flush so it's not visible.. You'll see what I'm talking :p

Yeah it's a pretty sweet little device. Yeah I'm hoping the IC fits as snug as a bug in a rug in there. I like the fact it comes with mesh as well. The meat and potatoes of the vortech kit can't get here fast enough lol. I basically have everything installed but the heavy stuff lol.

Is that gauge from lund or did you get through a different vendor?

I don't know man, but we're going on 5 weeks now. It's all trickled in quite slowly...

I got everything Vortech/tuning related through Beefcake Racing.

I did however opt for the remote tuning from Lund. I'll be datalogging as soon as I can get everything on.

Very cool👍 bought my procharger tuner kit through them as well.. It most definitely is a lund gauge.. When you get to the data logging / tuning part of the process they've been excellent.. VERY fast to responding emails and sending revised tunes.. You'll be very happy with them. Only "downside" is that the tuner is locked in with lund and cannot have a tune from a different company unless is unlocked.. Not sure how much that would be though.. Good luck though bud and you picked a nasty kit, looking forward to seeing it 👍

Yeah I was going back and forth with that exact scenario, if I wanted to have multiple tunes from reputable tuners. But in the end, Lund's reputation speaks for itself and Terry upgraded me free of charge from the X4 to the Ngauge so that sweetened the deal a bit. I'm looking forward to installing it all and getting it tuned and on the road ASAP. And thanks very much for the kind words man, the anticipation is killing me lol.

Rufeo, I just saw this pic, beautiful car man. Is that a wrap? If so I love it. And that's a pretty great pic of the grille. Do you have any more?

I actually didn't get the CDC upper. I didn't want to lose the use of my fogs as I am as blind as a bat, especially at night lol. I have a billet aftermarket grille but I'm really not digging it anymore. I think what I'm gunna do is do an arts and crafts project on my OEM upper. I've seen it done online, and when done right, it looks pretty decent.

This is basically what I want to do. Obviously I would get it sanded and painted afterwards to clean it up.

One good thing about the procharger kit is it all came in one shot.. Having bits and pieces arrive here and there would drive me crazy

I've wanted to do this for a while, but wasn't sure about rocks and other road debris going straight in like that.

The OPG's came in. Very impressed with the packaging and inspection/warranty paper work. The gears were also pre-lubed in a vacuum sealed bag.

Does it have the surround? If so would you be willing to sell it without fogs?

I believe I still need the surround to insert the tabs into from the piece pictured above. Otherwise it'll have no rigidity.
