Centri vs TVS reliability

Hey guys, so somehow I got really lucky and my GF has decided to split the cost of a supercharger with me. Im not really looking to push the car to have issues (575ish) which out of the two will allow the car to drive up into the 100k mile range and not have issues? I dont really drive hard or fast as it is, but itll be nice to have!!

It's all in the tuning as well. Anything can be safe as long as it's tuned safe and all the supporting mods are there.

Now I'm not the smartest guy on the planet...
but when your girlfriend is willing to spend several thousand dollars on your car for something that is it absolutely doesn't need...
I'm pretty sure that's a perfect reason for a ring...

A girl like that is a keeper. My wife bought me a brenspeed 650r roush setup for my last 13GT (unfortunately I thought I should sell it for stupid reasons), but she should. Before all of that, I sold my R1 for money for a ring. Let's say the entire bike went into the ring and the cost of the blower setup was about the same, so I guess we're even. I'm hoping to get to the point to get a blower on my current 5.0, but now there's a kid on the way so that may take more time.

Back in the 70's I had a dual quad stage 3) 426 in my 67 Barracuda formula S.
I sold that motor to buy an engagement ring for my soon to be wife.
Knowing what I know now I should have kept the motor and sold the wife.

That's crank hp. So its "only" +150hp from stock 420hp. Its not that much for a Coyote. Roush also has a 3yr/36 warranty on their set up. Its one of the few super chargers kits with a nice warranty on it (no not on your engine).

I am going to be that guy and interrupt the love fest. BTW, where do you find a woman who is willing to split the cost with performance upgrades? It sounds like a trap. "Honey, you remember I split the cost with you on that supercharger a couple of years ago? Well I want a vacation. In Europe. On the French Riviera."

In all seriousness, I too was thinking about this question.

I have a daily driver and I would like to implement forced induction. TVS or Centrifugal. Mainly 1) initial cost to performance, 2) long term reliability.

Or should I STFU and realize there is no long term reliability with either for a daily driver?

I figured I could afford either a super charger or a wife....so I picked the option where I was sure to get blown.

...I wonder if this would work with the GF as well when she asks why I am spending money on the car.
