That impressive I am only able to get about 220 miles out of a tank with the computer reading about 14mpg...mines a six speed with steep gears though must play a big part.

My TrackPak gets around 250 if I drive mostly town and some highway. I did a 650+ mile road trip and although I was driving it hard I managed 335 miles going down (330 miles) and only got 275 miles coming back as I was pushing the red line in 5th on occasion. And this was with my 3.73's.

Sport mode is just for traction control and steering but I guess if it makes you want to lead foot it more often it will definitely hurt your mileage.

3.30 rear end, all city driving I get ~230-260 per tank. If I want to drive all fun like it can easily be 180-200 per tank.

Huh?

Sport mode changes shift points, and let's you shift manually. Mine does nothing with track control or most of all, steering. Least that I can tell.

Shift in to sport mode cruising down the highway and your rpms will change as it drops a gear. Plus it also downshifts the car quicker when putting throttle down.

Maybe my car is special. Suckers.

I am inferring this is a GT section, but all I can see is the title. In summer, I average 600+, winter only 500+. But I am more so Leary in winter about running my tank as low as I do in summer.

Guess I missed something here, you average 600+ to 500+ miles on a full tank of gas?
Not to be a smart ***, but how do you accomplish that in a Coyote GT Mustang?

When you guys say highway driving...what mileage dictates your doing highway driving? When you're just cruising without stopping for how long?

Well, this isn't exactly what you're asking (I don't have the data).

~21mpg from the readout, driving to work 60 miles round trip. 17mpg, around town, unless my foot is in it. Then about 8mpg.

Sorry, I don't look at miles to E much.

GT auto, tune, axle-backs, suspension.

Pretty cool for a v8.

How many miles you guys get to a full tank

By the way, sport mode makes little difference on my daily commute mpg.

Sometimes I go the full 30 one way in sport mode, with the trans down shifting, with congestion. Probably wears on the trans a bit.

Other days in "D", traffic moving.

Still around 20mpg.

Had a manual 2012 with Brembos, this auto has the same. 2x more brake dust in the manual.

TMI

If you look at my post, I gave figures on a 700 mile mostly highway cruise from Oregon to California and back.
