Body Shops in Colorado

Hope you guys had a better weekend than I did. I was driving from Dallas to Colorado Springs due to military pcs and some guy in a Mitsubishi Galant lost control on a bridge due to black ice. Sure enough that guy was directly in front of me haha my luck (I had already received a speeding ticket earlier that day) I tried to avoid as much of an impact as I could but the guy ended up horizontally across both lanes. Damage isn't that bad but it's my first accident and I'm having to get walked through by my insurance company. He was at fault so his insurance should cover all repair costs. Anybody in the Colorado Springs area or Denver recommend a good body shop to get my stang fixed, it hurts me just looking at it :/ Click image for larger version

I'm gonna say $5,477.00 in damage....honestly I would check with your insurance company sometimes if you take to one of the shops they recommend they will give you a lifetime warranty on the work. When mine got wrecked I took it to a body shop someone recommended and it was a fiasco. I ended up having it towed to another body shop the adjuster recommended and they did a great job used OEM parts and lifetime warranty.

In colorado I would recommend ABRA. They are usually insurance direct and I've personally used the one in highlands ranch off Santa Fe and Lucent. Good folks.

I'm not sure on the parts having to be oem. I personally don't like ABRA I prefer Red Noland Collison. They did great work when I crashed my Titan.

If you have a loan on the car they won't give you a check to spend as you see fit!

Not necessarily get check to spend on whatever I want but let's say get a different style bumper than oem and different hood since that is also messed up from the accident. Sorry I didn't make it clear the first time, it's just my first time dealing with a situation like this and it's frustrating given the situation I'm in with just recently getting to a new location and having to find a house and so forth. Thanks for the input guys.

Your insurance will pay for OEM style but you can talk to the shop and see the price difference. Most times they will work with you. If it's more than standard replacement you can pay the difference and if it's less then you might get money back.

Just called red noland collision and talked to Henry, real nice guys but don't like to deal with aftermarket parts (change appearance) on a insurance claim vehicle since they've dealt with fitment issues with fiberglass. I need a shop that will feel comfortable doing that in Colorado Springs or Denver area
