Back Problems: Lumbar Support Broken

So during an evening of driving, I accelerate only to hear a popping noise come from my seat.

Instantly I new it was something to do with my Lumbar Support. At this point whenever I increase or decrease the pressure nothing happens to the "bladder" in the seat.

Any suggestions as to this being a worthwhile fix?

I have a feeling it will cost way more than what its going to be worth.

Here is a pic of my seat with the covering off (I was putting leather on along with heated seats) You can see the lumbar support mechanism. It's not a bladder anymore. It can be accessed through the back of the seat if your handy enough to partially pull the factory seat cover up. It's not hard.
