If its a manual you will want a 15 " slick to absorb the shock you will be putting on the drivetrain.you have no converter to absorb the shock.
Most tire experts will recommend a 28x10.5 stiff sidewall for your setup.
15x10 racestar wheel with a sway bar relocation kit and you are good to go.
I would be scared to run my manual with a drag radial at the strip.
BTW your 60 foot should drop easily to 1.7 with slicks

Because you're a manual you'll want to run a 15" slick. How long will that Torsen that's not made for drag racing hold up? Not long unfortunately.

Will you need to screw them to the rim?

a lot longer than it would with a drag radial.

Don't forget to at least get an upper control arm
Roush bmr etc.

While I totally agree with the whole bias ply thing with a manual, not one person in my club runs them and only one guy has broken an axle out of everyone and he had 28spline axles, an launched it at like 4500 or 5k. Now he was going to the track all the time and wasn't treating it like a baby so his luck finally ran out with it , but everyone else seems fine even the guy with the gt500, so it can work just not recommended.
