Recaro Seat Up Grade to Leather

I can get a great deal on some Recaro leather take-offs and just wondered if anyone has done this themselves. I've done a number of recovers myself over the years but never with a side air bag?

I can't speak specifically to the recaro Olerodder, but I did my standard 14 seats and the airbag really doesn't complicate anything other than disconnecting the battery before removing the seats. The air bag is mounted in the seat frame and as long as you don't poke it with a stick you shouldn't hurt anything.

As you can see its hidden behind the foam, and where it would deploy it is somewhat visible but again, not in the way or anything.

Thanks for the information, I just wasn't sure about disconnecting the power to air bags...............guess I should have thought just disconnecting the battery would disarm the air bags.
