Thanks man. No windows aren't tinted. I will eventually but the cops here are strict and I'm not excited about 50% on the front and 35% on the back to spend the money right now. If I could go darker than that I would have done it already. Next will be the drop. I have everything I need already. Just need to find the time. Then hopefully the flush window louvers show up. I'm in week 2 of 4-6 week wait

I do have a morosso oil separator coming in the mail today. So I will try to get that in soon as well. Got a killer deal on eBay on that. 86 bucks. I have wanted one for a while but couldn't pull the trigger for 150ish bucks.

Yeah man I want tint but the legal % sucks. I may just go illegal. Don't want that to bite me in the *** though.

Car is gonna look sick with the drop. I dropped my 96 and ended up going back to stock because of the rough ride. These cars ride so much better from the factory though so it might ride fine, I just don't want to spend the money and end up going back to factory.

Been there done that with other vehicles. But this time I went with Steeda sport springs. From everything I have read the ride quality is amazing. I also went with Koni yellows (adjustable) struts and shocks. So I can dial it in how I want it. Should be pretty comfortable as far as a lowered car goes.

I hope you're right. I'd love to lower mine. I'll wait to see how it works out for you.

Car will ride great. Koni's are a great bang for buck suspension brand. I'm sure it'll be slightly different, but I went with oranges with are non-adjustable, and SR springs (not top of line) and the car rides like you would expect, slightly stiffer but doesn't destroy your spine in the process. I'm sure in the middle of stiff and soft will be perfect for you Ox.

Should be an easy install. I hate that I have to chop up the stock line to get the connectors but it's all good. It's a cheap part. I will post pics of it once it's installed.

Well I had some time tonight so I got my moroso oil/air separator installed tonight. I have to say that it's a very well built setup. I did decide to paint the stainless bracket Oxford white because it just looked unfinished to me. Here is the result.

Nice job with the color match. I think you made a good choice with painting the bracket.

Thanks man, it kinda makes it look like its floating in there from certain angles. I'm happy with it. Really curious to see how much oil this thing catches. I was pretty surprised with how much was in the old tube. It was enough to shake and get some on the garage floor (whoops). I had considered the other oil separators but wasn't sold on having it just sit on the upper radiator hose. This one feels more complete. I'm sure the others are fine but I couldn't get past it. Lol. I'm a weirdo

Just made the final purchase before I start my suspension. Went ahead and ordered all the nuts and bolts from the list olerodder supplied me with. It's one of those things that sucks but I will feel better knowing I did it.

Ouch. Why exactly are you replacing the nuts and bolts?

Ford says they are one time use only. Once torqued to spec some have found they strip or they do not stay torqued. Cheap insurance compared to having something come loose. Lots of people don't change them but they also may not have to drive their car everyday. I can't afford to have something break or come loose.

Ah. Yeah I wouldn't have thought those would be one time use.

So I decided to take a peek at my oil air separator to see what was in there. All I can say is wow. I knew they worked, I've seen others post it but seeing it for yourself is a huge wake up call. Wish I had done this first. This is about 600 miles. My car just hit 16k today. I estimate my car has ingested over a quart in its life already based on this amount.

Thanks, yeah the e-force looks big, because it's an inverted design. The rotors are in the valley of the engine and the runners are on top.

That's funny. My girls ring was about 6k then she lost it. I kept thinking to myself that it would have been hard to lose a supercharger.
