Refund lol

As in return to the company, I'd be pissed.

Well yes I understand that. It is frustrating for sure but if the new set doesn't come out good there is no way I am sending them back.

So I told him I wanted another set and if the wait time meant 4-6 more weeks and he replied "yes" because they have to cure and that's the time it takes ect. Says he already sent 2 sets to get done (he has them done 2 sets at a time).

So I guess now I wait. He says he will personally inspect them and if they are better than the set I have now he will swap them out. If not, he will refund. Which is still not what I want. I want a set of these. Why on earth this is so difficult I don't know.

One thing is for sure, I am going to be seriously disappointed if I wait 4-6 more weeks and he tells me the replacement sets are no better. At that point I will be stuck with the set I have been starring at for over a month and could have just installed.

I have a feeling that's EXACTLY what he's going to say. Guy sounds like a real ****** canoe, not really standing behind his work. If you're anything like me, I'd just find the best body shop around and redo them. If I ever decide on these, I'm having them shipped primered and taking my chances with one of the best body shops on the east coast.

Damn. That sucks. Mine is back on. Better than before. Not perfect but this spoiler cost me 80 bucks all together as I got it for free and only had to pay to have it painted. So I'm over it.

Bought a roush front splitter and side splitters. Hoping to get all that on soon. Plus this weekend I'm having a mod thrash and getting all my suspension on and maybe some of the rest of my crap I have accumulated! Can't wait.

Looks good man. I'm really starting to like the gt500 more. I keep having moments where I think I may like it better than the roush, and for that reason it will be a while before I install this thing. lol Just in case I change my mind.

Yeah man make sure it's what you want for sure. I think you will love it though. Takes balls to go with the roush. I say do it. You already have it. What's the issues it has? Bubbles? Scratches?

There's a chip in the paint on the corner of the center piece. I honestly don't think anyone would notice with a small touch up. There's also a few tiny random pecks. Again, I doubt anyone would notice besides me.

I def get it. Hard to mount something like that on a new car unless it's perfect.

Had a great day today working on my car. Had DiESeven and another MEVO member (don't know your screen name bud) come to the house and help me thrash on it. Installed all my suspension. It was a bunch of work but well worth it. I will get more pictures tomorrow but here is how she sits right now.

I think it's just the right amount of wheel gap for me. Not super low but def noticeably different. I still need to make some adjustments on the panhard bar and UCA. I also might see what I can do about the caster camber plates and adjust my alignment a bit tomorrow.

I also did the CS/Boss diffuser and am so glad I did. It looks great.

It's hard to see but it's a great mod for the price.

The boss/CS diffuser is one of favorite mods to date. Cheap and easy way to get some aggression

^yeah we do have a lot of the same parts, but they will still look totally different if they were parked next to each other. Which is pretty cool. Silver horse's are on hold until they send out the new set. I'm hoping by early June. Sucks but I'm glad I didn't slap the set they sent out on the car because the one that had the jacked up tape line was going to bug the hell out of me.

Eh stupid phone, I can't even see the diffuser. Too dark, have to check it on laptop later.

Need more of those real world outside pics ox. Car is gonna look sick once you get the stripe on. Any plans as far as wheels?

^thanks man. Sorry that diffuser pic is dark. I will take some more later. As for wheels...I actually like the brembo wheels. I know it's not the "cool" thing to do (run stock wheels) but right now I don't have serious plans to change them. If I did change them it would be for the 13-14 GT500 track pack wheels or maybe some gun metal Steeda wheels.

Steeda sport springs. It's about 1.25 in the rear and 1 in the front. But the Koni struts also drop the front another .25

I didn't want it slammed. Just lower and better handling

Thanks for the compliments guys. I think I also forgot about my x brace. Looks killer and although it's hard to know exactly what did what since I did so much all at once (springs, UCA, UCA bracket, LCA, panhard, panhard brace, shocks) it seems to really be tightened up in the rear. Sways will have to be next as far as suspension goes though.

Alright guys, did some Roush appearance mods. I know these are pretty common so not that exciting but it really does make a difference.

Side splitters (still need to get the small rear ones)

I did cut my old splitter and use it as Roush instructs you to. I didn't want to have it flop around at all plus I wanted the small part in the inner wheel well to be retained.

Car is really coming along. I have Steeda front and rear sway bars on the way (bought from MEVO member coldsilence thanks buddy). One of these days I might even get my SHR flush mounted louvers in the mail and I can get those on. That will really complete the look I was going for.
