Lethal Performance Over Axle Pipe, opinions

For anyone that has them, what did you think of them upon first opening up the box? Mine came in a Custom Performance box which kind of threw me off. And the tig welds I didn't think looked oh so good. Of course these things were back ordered and a couple weeks out when I placed my order, so maybe they rushed through them. I don't know.
And there is 4 piece of pipe that comes with it and at least one end on all 4 pieces are out of round. The worst piece looked like it had been dropped and flattened pretty good. I've already gotten it back to fairly round now though.

Just looking to see what others experiences were. And did the sound that they provide make you happy enough to forget all about the fouled up stuff?

Hopefully getting it fairly round is going to be good enough so you don't end up with exhaust leaks. I would have taken pictures to send to the company.

As far as sound goes, while I don't have the Lethal OTA pipes, I do have a set of GT 500 OTA pipes that don't have resonators in them and I think the sound with my single tip GT 500 mufflers is great.

I had a Roush AB on the car with resonators before this setup and I like my current setup way better.

I had the exact same problems. In addition I was bolting these up to a set of brand new quad tip GT500 axle backs. The band clamp that came on the GT500's would not hold the mufflers tight to the OAP's and I had to take it to an exhaust shop to be welded in or else the mufflers would point downward about 35 degrees.

I want some lethal OA pipes but I'm worried it would be too loud. I've looked a lot for lethal OA pipes and Corsa xtremes sound clips or videos but can't find them. Now if you're having quality issues, that pushes them even farther down my list. Hope you get it figured out.

I have Corsas with resonators deletes and it not too loud. Quiet at idle and cruising but makes some noise with the throttle.

Stock H? Does it make them any deeper? Or do they drone now?

I have some Lethal OA pipes and Corsa Sports that I am planning to install. I thought the same thing when I got the box with another company's name on it. Mine were ok but I was hoping for the pipes to be 1 piece per side not 2.

I have been thinking whether it is better to just keep my stock resonators and go with an offroad H pipe instead. I just don't want to get too loud with my daily driver.

It is a little bit deeper. It does a lot more "popping" when decelerating. Off road H is next on my list.
