2014 GT burning smell after pulls

Sometimes after doing a first or second gear pull, there is a light burning smell. My car is a manual, but whenever I do a pull I shift gears as quickly as I can. I have less than 3k miles on the car. Is this smell coming from the clutch? Is it normal? Or is it coming from somewhere else like the exhaust?

I've thought I smelled an oil burning smell a few times on my 11 and 14 but I ever see any oil leak or spill. I was paranoid my oil filter was too tight or too loose but I think its just a coyote thing. I've tried not to let it worry me now and just drive and do correct oil changes with good oil.

It could be, but on second gear pulls they sometimes don't even spin

They might not spin at 3k, but by 7 or 8k they will be toast.

My '14 did that burning smell once; it was really strong. I think some oil burned off somewhere. Since then, it's fine. Watch your oil levels, or even coolant.

Mine will have an odor when I pull into into the garage after driving it pretty hard. I think it is the cats. Car has about 7800 miles on it.

Same here. Think it's the rings and walls finding the groove. Carbon metal smell right?
