HELP

My car has been at the dealer for 3 weeks trying to pass emissions. I returned car back to stock with tuner and O2 and OH sensors not being read. dealer reflashed pcm and now reading but " not ready" for 200 miles driving by tech. Dealer states i'll have to buy a new computer. Any idea if this can be fixed with a new tune?

If I am understanding this correctly, it sounds like the car simply has to be driven a pre-determined number of times (known as ‘drive cycles) until the computer determines that enough conditions are satisfied. Then it can be retested.
The 'NOT READY" reading is typically what happens when faults get wiped out or the battery gets disconnected. It's fairly common.
So either there'e more to it or you tech doesn't know what he's doing.

It has nothing to do with how many miles as I can complete mine in 60 or so miles. You need to do the proper drive cycle.

Grabber.... did you hook up a laptop to complete the drive cycles? I am going through the same issue. My O2's and HTR are still not ready. Its been almost 400 miles for me. Do you have a link to show the drive cycles?

I'll update this thread with more info as I'm currently trying to get my monitors set now as well. For Droid phone users you can use an app called Torque to monitor your emissions monitors.
