Rashed Rear Wheel, question about replacement

Hi! I rashed my rear wheel. It is the 19x8.5 machined with the black inside. It will cost an arm and a leg to refinish and a 24 hr turnaround time. Anyway, there is a pretty good aftermarket replacement that is 19x10. I did the tire calculator and it said the 275x40 would preserve the diameter. It didn't say anything about the width of the wheel. Since the new wheel is 10 wide inches, does it affect the diameter and more important, the speedometer? Sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm a newbie. I am thinking about this because it keeps the black theme of the car.

This is the replacement wheel... 19" Black Machined Mustang? Style Wheel 19x10 Rim Fits Ford

Alternatively, I'm considering the Niche Verona staggered 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 in black machined but does not look as dramatic as the all black.

Thanks from Kevin
