E85 tune questions

I'm soon picking a tuner for my 2013 gt, right now just basic upgrades nothing crazy (control arms, catback, and soon 373 gears). Within the year I'm going to install longtube headers and off-road x pipe. Within 3 years I'll be doing some type of forced induction (probably roush supercharger). I will for sure be running e85 tune with the supercharger, but I figure since there's a gas station right by my house that sells e85 I might just run that all the time. Is there anything I need to lookout for if I get the e85 tune? This isn't a DD, just a weekend car and half a dozen trips to the track a year. Just curious about power gains and reliability from the E85 tune vs a 93 octane tune. I know it probably won't make much of a difference while its n/a, I just want to know if it's as simple as swapping out fuel, retune and go. Thanks!

If a Roush blower is in your future I would certainly skip the gears.

Lol yea that does have me a bit worried. When I get the blower I'll have my 15x10 with slicks so I'm hoping that will give me the traction I need combined with beefed up suspension. If not, I'll swap them out later. But for now I'll definitely be running the 373's.

I picked up 26 hp and 22 tq on e85 on motor. And added another 50 or so hp on top of my nitrous hit.

On a boosted car you can see 60-90 hp increase depending on who does the tuning. And how much timing your car will take.

I would just run on e85 all the time. Swapping between 93 and a e85 tune is a pain

That's a bit more than I expected, good to know. Yea I would either run 93 until I got the supercharger, then swap to e85 but so far everything I've been reading has been saying e85 is just as safe. Chances are I'll be doing e85 all the time then. Any idea how bamas e85 tune is vs competitors? Just until I get it dyno tuned with the blower

What's needed to run e85 on all motor besides just a tune? Any injector, pump, or like upgrades needed on an 11 model?

47lb injectors and a tune.
Some tuner will ask for a boost a pump also.

It makes the stock pump put out more voltage. About 50% more.

I believe it just increases your fuel output while being able to keep the rest of your fuel system stock

Does it cause premature death of the stock pump?

Why not go water/methanol injection as well?

Bc you never want to tune to where you need meth. You can use it for its cooling factors. But never want to rely on it.
The pumps fail and so do the nozzles from time to time.

So it other words. Do not tune to where you are using it for extra octane

I know that Rap. I was referring to that it's better when he goes boosted. It enables higher timing through reducing intake charge temps.

If I were to convert my car to E85 and I drive the car to a place with no E85, would it do bad things if I had to put 93 in it? Assume I have an E85 tune and 93 tune in this scenario and my gas light comes on with no E85 for 100 miles.

Just keep your SCT device in your glove box and switch if necessary.
