I wont give info out like this bc Honestly if you aren't sure how to jack up your car and or where to place Jackstanfs, you definitely should not be doing it imo.

By asking.
but this is something real critical especially if you are going to be under the car.
So having someone experienced showing you in person is the best bet

+1 especially to make sure that's the right

Where do you put your jacks?

Sorry for posting picture. Guess people can just Google it and find it on their own. I removed it so no one else finds it here.

^ not sure why you'd remove, it was helpful for me and sure should be helpful for others.

People just need to have common sense.

Depending somewhat on what you plan on using for jacks, floor stands, etc., I find starting off with ramps is a reasonably safe start. Makes it easier to get floor jacks further under a low mustang.
Of course the ramps can't be so steep that they don't clear the bumpers.
Block the wheels when jacking.

Hard to find a place to jack my 3v up. Doesn't help that all I have is a 4×4 jack

My buddies cavalier broke down a few blocks from his house. We were going to pull it home via tow strap and my truck. I hooked the strap to my tow ball and handed him the other end and said, wrap this around the crossmember. Thinking he could handle a job like that, I got in position to start pulling him down the street.

Everything was going smoothly until we come to the first stop sign and he hits the brakes. I feel a tug and then the strap breaks free. I stop and take a look at where he connected the strap to and horrified I see the down pipe of his exhaust pulled forward and the flex pipe ripped apart.

It's good to ask questions if you're unsure about something. 😅

Knowing the manufacturer's permitted jacking points is good to keep from damaging the car. To stay safe yourself always have a backup support so the car is held up in 2 places. Never trust a hydraulic or air jack not to leak down and use the lock if it has one!

I would crush my roush side skirts and hell even the factory side panels if I tried jacking from that point with my floor jack. Talking about that pinch spot in front of the rear wheel.
