2011 GT with glass packs? Any one tried this?

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone has put glass packs on a 2011 GT mustang? Any one know of a VALID reason not to? Do you get 2? 1 For each side or just 1?
thanks

If 2 is good, 4 would be even better!

Holy hell.. This has to be a joke.. I hope it is, otherwise I lose faith in humanity..

Is it possible yes.. But as your mufflers are rear mount & glasspacks don't muffle much sound, you might as well just run a muffler delete

Glass Packs

This isn't the 1950s anymore. Can't remember the last time I even heard about glass packs. bazinga11 is right, you need to do a little more research into the mechanics of your Mustang.

Let me further my reply.. It is possible to run glasspacks.. Yes, is it recommended no.. There are so many great muffler manufacturers that make great axle backs.. It only makes sense to go with a proven company..

Glass packs belong on some piece of **** c-10 with the owner who has a mullet, with a half shirt on and a keystone in his hand.

Holds the Texas standing mile record for a coyote..

As for on a factory car.. No just no.. Not even a question. But honestly OP you can do what you want.. If you go go glasspacks.. I'm gonna say put then were the factory resonators are, and delete the rear axle backs..

I had Thrush "glass packs" on my 68 GT sounded better than anything I've heard in the last 20 years. This is indeed a funny thread " Do you get 2? 1 For each side or just 1?" Funny stuff. Of course this is a joke.

It's also quite clear that anyone can buy a Mustang.

I'm running California Turbo mufflers on mine. When all four barrels open up it's the bomb!

Years ago I ran glass packs on my 1970 Monte Carlo that had a 400 SB with headers and that was one of the best sounding exhausts I had heard back then. Now the car has a 396 big block in it with stock exhaust manifolds and some type of turbo mufflers and while it sounds good, it doesn't sound as good as it did in the past.

I have 2 glass pack resonators welded onto my mustang because of interior drone I was getting. The glass pack resonators greatly reduced the drone issue! OP, is that what you are asking about?

Have a great day!
