Tires slipping on wheels

Has anyone noticed tires slipping on your wheels?
I probably would have never known but I just got new tires. When mounted, they mark the valve stem location with a circle on the tire. Two of my tires (ink stamped circle) no longer line up with the valve stem.
Should I be concerned about this?

Those little marks they make are just to make it easier to balance a new tire on your wheel. Sometimes they have to deflate the tire and spin the tire on the wheel to get it to balance out closer to zero before they put weights on it.

Tires slipping on wheels

when I got my tires mounted recently, my friend that mounted them told me not to lay into it for about a week, due to the fact, he's seen wheels spin inside the tire because of the mounting lube they use, first I had heard of this

Yell I'm really not sure if those little marks ever lined up with the tire stems in the first place.
I had my tires mounted and then 12 hours later I was at the track doing hot laps all day.

Very common, especially with drag tires. However, a little movement in a road tire can happen and is unlikely to have a significant enough effect to throw off the balance if the wheel and tire.
