Your pads have worn the rotors you have now, when you put brand new rotors on the old pads will wear their old patterns into the new rotors. This is just like using used solid lifters on a brand new camshaft...............not something I would do but it's your car and your money. "You can spend it now or you can spend it later".

Ok cool, so other than that all I would need is the GT caliper brackets correct? Also, does anyone know if they will clear the AMR 19" rims?

I need to know this as well being that I have AMR 19" wheels on my 14 GT as well.

I believe the caliper brackets may be different as they carry different part numbers. I'm not sure who you bought the brakes from off Ebay and maybe you could ask them, or contact Shelby in Las Vegas as they sell a lot of Shelby take-offs.
The only wheels I know for sure that they will fit are the 13/14 OE Shelby wheels like I have on my car. I know the standard Brembo OE wheels were very close to my 4 piston Brembo calipers and that there is more room with the OE Shelby wheels.
