Outlaw vs loudmouth

Hello all, looking to get an axle back. Trying to decide between the two; flowmaster outlaw series, or the slp loudmouth. I don't care if there is drone, just looking for the deepest/loudest.

Outlaws can be really loud, but there's definitely a drone at the 2k rpms.

If you don't care for the drone go with outlaws, they are deep and loud. Make sure that's what you want tho, because if you delete resonators or decide to change other stuff it can be really LOUD.

I have the SLP set up axle-backs. I love them!!! people at meets always think i have a mid-pipe set up to go along with the exhaust. But i can paint a picture for you. On cold-start it sounds like a pissed off lion ready to devour it prey. When i down shift to rev-match the backfire sounds like a crackle of thunder from a badass storm that's about to wreak havoc on anything in its path. If you happen to live in Houston, I could let you hear it in person!! But i personally love the slp. Its basically a straight pipe set-up. But it really opens up the sound note of your mustang like its suppose to!! Definite head-turner everybody s head springs up like a meercat when they hear it lol hope this helps good luck on your decision!

Yeah, I also have the loudmouths. Cold start is loud a f. And it roars at 2k rpm while accelerating slowly. The way to go in my opinion

Outlaw vs loudmouth

All I can say is I have the Loudmouths and all I get is people's necks breaking. I reved it up at a red light and thought I killed the whole back seat of the car in front of me because their heads snapped back so fast. Lol it was seriously hilarious.

Neither. Spend a little bit more and get something with an actual tone to it insead of just being loud. Obviously everyone is going to have a different opinion...

The Roush are quieter than SLP and Outlaws. Can't go wrong with'em though.

I have O/R H pipe, resonator deletes and GT 500 axlebacks. Sounds great to me. But this is a highly opinion fueled topic. Personally, I'm not a fan of any Flowmaster products....just too "droney" for me at this part of my life!
