I checked my two Vin #'s on 5/29 and not on the list but checked again today and they are. FYI for those that also posted here that on 5/29 theirs was not on the list....

I just drove mine home from the dealer after they replaced the original pinion seal with an updated one..........hopefully this one won't leak...................but it will be in the garage until the dealer calls me with a new part. My Guardian Angle has been busy enough the past few months.

Dude are you ok? That's... Wow. That fence post didn't hit you right? Have you found a replacement?

The post or something hit me and I got like 9 stitches beside my eye and part of the post hit my cousin who was in the passenger seat and he ended up getting 20 something stitches on his head. We were at the hospital for about 5 hours then walked out so obviously somebody was watching out for us. I had just got back from my second deployment like a month and a half before that then I come home and almost die in a car wreck haha. Click image for larger version

All 2005-2014 Mustangs under Takata airbag recall

Wow, so you're good now? Fully healed? That sucks about your car. I don't know what I would do if that happen to mine. Which only facial injury I've got is my Rottweiler almost took my right eye, got a scar in my eyebrow. So, have got another mustang?

Wow thats scary. Glad you guys are ok. I have a buddy who got out of the Army in the mid 80's. A month later a serious car wreck. Lost all vision in one eye and major facial surgeries resulting in permanent scaring. It happens so just be grateful for life. Thank you for your service as well.

I honestly wasn't worried about the car at all once I saw all the blood I was just making sure he was good. He kept asking "how's the mustang" while he was getting his head stitched lol. Yeah we're both good now and I got a 2014 premium gt in August and he actually just picked up his 2015 gt performance pack a few weeks ago!Click image for larger version

Definitely an upgrade. I'd most likely get another 427R, if mine was totaled. Plus I'd buy it back and fix it.

Great I'm on the list.

Canesfan that air bag should have deployed. I was in a pretty good wreck 5-6 years ago. Got 19 staples and nice scar that starts at my forehead and goes across the the top of my head. Had a friend with me too, could have been pretty bad.

I had the car for just under a year and was actually going to finish paying it off that month so I really got like $3k less than I paid for it and just used most of it as a down payment on the gt. I kinda figured the air bag should have deployed but it's honestly probably a good thing it didn't cause if we hadn't have got moved around in the car like we did I probably wouldn't have a head right now. Everything just happened to work out.

Almost 59 years ago I was delivering papers on my paper route at about 5:00am and heard this horrific crash. A guy had mowed down about 100' of chain link fence alongside a golf course. When I got up to the car there was a single 6' metal post from the chain link fence which had gone through the windshield, his body and come out the other end of the front seat......something I'll never forget.
It looks like you're Guardian Angle was with you that day, glad you are still with us..............a nasty accident.
