Black tri-bar pony emblem for GT/CS grill

I ordered some gloss black 5.0 emblems to replace the chrome ones on the car now. I am going to plastidip the faux gas cap surround until/if ever the new RTR decklid panel comes out.

The only other chrome is on the front tri bar pony emblem is on the CS grill. I plan to remove the emblem completely or was wondering if the below would work. Just not sure how I would attach it. Has anyone seen a black outlines tri bar pony emblem that is a direct replacement on the CS upper grill?

Thanks,

Black tri-bar pony emblem for GT/CS grill

I've bought the ones from American muscle and it's a bracket with a very small bolt n nut on the back that goes in between the grill teeth

I've also bought an adhesive (but different type) of emblem for the grill. It work well and didnt fall off. Those black ones look nice tho

Hrm good to know. May try that black one I linked and put some adhesive promoter on first to be safe.

Those do look nice. I moved my tribar to passenger side of grill when I modified it (the grill) to let more air into the airbox on right side. Really helped my IAT's.

Now all you have to do is remove your driver's side headlight to get more flow to your airbox.

Actually I cut out the plastic behind the grill area (on far right side) with a dremel tool. Pretty much a straight shot. No need to remove headlight. I no longer have stock airbox.
