Coilovers vs springs - Mustang Evolution

Coilovers vs springs

Hey guys I have the money for both but Im not sure what to get springs I'm going with the s&r lowering springs which drop the car 1.5" all around or if I should just go with the s&r coilover kit with you can drop 1"-3" will I lose car warranty if I put on the coilovers or will I lose warranty with springs and can you guy give me some pros and cons over the other thanks

You will lose your suspension warrenty. I would get coilovers. I'm in the same dilemma. I can't decide whether I go air suspension and no wheels till later or go coilovers and wheels at the same time.

Make sure that you understand that you get what you pay for when talking about coilovers. Cheap coilovers are poor performers that will nickle and dime you to death with semi regular rebuilds.

Coilovers, hands down - if you are able to foot the bill. I have the Eibach Multi-Pro-R2 kit on my 14 GT, and love it. Aside from being able to adjust shock damping and rebound, a kit like this allows you to dial in your ride height EXACTLY.
