Give it some time....it's still a little early in the game.

I'm using the Ngauge but I'm not sure if it's the product or my vehicle...every time I try and flash a tune I get a fail code 8. I even bought a new battery and still am having issues. I have to disconnect the battery and wait 10-15minutes just to reload stock tune...and then go through the same process again to flash the tune I originally wanted. Quite the hassle for me so far. But like I said I'm not sure if there's another underlying issue as to why this is happening.

I'm using lund racing ngauge and I love it , not only am able to switch from 93 octane to E85 but also as a regular gauge which you can customize to your likings . Nothing negative to say about it and lund racing customer service is great.

Did you have to load the tune with a battery charger hooked up

I bought the ngauge directly from lund racing and i also registered it, when an update is available you get an email from them and you just follow the instructions in it to get the update .

Thanks. Someone else mentioned an update. Called this morning they answered right away. Emailed me an update. Just a drag and drop. Then was able to load it with no problems.

I just got the ngauge to tune my paxton kit. The Ngauge itself seems good enough, but the customer service from Lund has been horrific for me. Kit has been installed for a week now and they simply won't get back with me for the ok to get into boost.
