Still have TPMS problems after 6 months

I got new wheels and tires over 6 months ago and ford synced my new sensors with my new wheels. Well so I thought. Immediately after while driving for over 30 mins with no dash light on I got "tpms malfunction" or something along those lines. Only does it when driving the car for over 30 minutes at time over long distances. It stopped doing it to me for the past couple months but it's summer and I have been working almost everyday so I can't replicate the circumstances a lot anymore. Yesterday I was able to take a long drive and of course the light came on. But why? And how do I fix this? Lol thanks

Title fixed....I assume your tire pressures are good. The only thing I can think of is one of your sensors is NG. I know if I run my set w/o sensors but have one of the ones with a sensor in my trunk it will indicate failure after 20 minutes....you can either schedule an appointment and go to the dealer (should be under wtty if they replaced them) after a 30 minute cruise or cover the light with a piece of painters/electrical tape.

at least I fixed the title!

Thanks buddy lol I'll bring it in and see what's up. Just hard to find time to get in there over a minor dash light
