installing 2013 headlights into 2012 mustang

Heelo guys ,

I have bought the 2013 headlight and of course to wire them you need wiring harness like Jesusv818 said in his topic 2013 headlights on a 2011 GT

the thing is I already buy from http://www.projectoretrofits.com and I think it became a scam company because my order was on 18 on Jun and till now they never email me or there was no communication what so ever so im trying to buy same wiring harness but I cant find it on the internet at all ( its like this is the only guy who make them )

So my question is there any other company that make the wiring harness to put my 2013 headlights in my 2012 mustang ?

projectoretrofits is Known for taking their time and not sending out any emails regarding the delay. I wouldn't worry too much about it but I understand your frustration.

not a scam, as said, he just does not respond to emails at all, his excuse is it's side gig for him, but imo, it's no way to run a business when taking people's money, I bought an entire setup from him that was to include immaculate with no broken tab heads, what I received did not fit the description, he eventually refunded me $200, but the harness was junk and full of bad connections, I had to repair it myself to make it right, he also sent me a replacement harness, but rather than mess with what I knew worked, i let it be and sent the replacement back, so be assured you will receive the products, and he will make things right, but it WILL slow

I am now making the harnesses myself. I couldn't stand seeing people worry for months about getting their product. I have both the 10-12 OEM HID conversion harness and the 13-14 conversion harness available. If you're interested in them please do not hesistate to message me!

The FB post about them is available below.

Admins, if there is a problem with me posting this, please let me know. Plenty of people are and have been losing money on this product from another source and I am just trying to provide a quality source for them. Thanks!

Matt.

Pretty high price but glad someone is finally making it. I made my own harness out of simple parts from eBay and works like a charm.

Really not too high of a price, honestly. It includes the signal adapters that you would otherwise have to purchase separately from the other guy for an additional $35 on top of the price of the harness plus shipping. Mine is all inclusive at $200 including shipping. Barely more expensive than his full harness setup, and coupled with a lot better customer support you can't really go wrong.

couldn't agree more, the better quality is worth it alone! I had all sorts of issues with my harness from Joe, I had to make all sorts of repairs to make it right. Are you making the led switch backs as well? they were an additional $150 on top of the harness price

Yes, the LED switchbacks are an additional $35 on top of the regular price of $200!
