Although I know nothing about J&M....................I would give Steeda a call and talk about their design for the CC plate..................then I would call J&M and listen to what they have to say.........then make up your mind based on what you heard from both.
I have never been one to choose the cheapest solution..............when you talk with J&M, ask them if their manufacturing facility is ISO-9000 or ISO-9001 certified. Being an engineer and helping design equipment that built manufactured goods from turbine blades to 777 aircraft, I personally wouldn't buy anything from a manufacturer that wasn't ISO certified. This is just my own opinion.

Ok i decided on keeping the 2011+ konis and getting cc plates. I just need to do more research on which ones will give me the best bang for my buck. I definitely dont want to cheap out espicialy considering how wonky mustang suspension can be.

Thanks for your help guys.

What springs are you going to use?
If you have struts off of a GT500 I'd just go with the GT500 strut mounts unless you are going to track the car often, or you don't mind spending the extra $300.
