GT500 rear brake parts

I'm new to this site, and have a question about an upgrade I'm going to do. I have a 2014 GT with the Track Pack option. I want to upgrade to the 2014 GT500 rear 13.8" rotors . I know that I'll need the new rotors, and the axle flange to mount the calipers too. But to mount the flanges I'll have to pull the rear end apart if I use the Ford flange. Does anyone make an adapter that bolts to the existing 11.8" rotor flange, to allow for not having to take out the axles? Thanks!!

Here is an adapter I have used to do this along with a few others here. Worked great!

That's one of my next upgrades, too - where did you source the GT500 discs from? I'd like to find some drilled to go with my Baers up front....

I sourced mine directing from Ford...............and I used the same adapter from the guy on Ebay.........except I primed and painted mine mainly because the aluminum does corrode with time as you guys back East know. I had Aerospace Component brakes and brackets on my last drag car and clear coated the calipers to keep them nice looking.
Here is a before and after shot.
