Exhaust rattle after long drive

After long drives or driving at higher speeds on the highway for about an hour or so, my exhaust starts rattling when I accelerate. It never does this on shorter drives are short periods of hard acceleration. Its almost lie something like a clamp or bolt expands when it heats up and it gets loose. I have MBRP street catbacks.
Any ideas?

Auto zone + rubber tubing + zip ties , wrap around the rear hangars, I'll bet they are coming in contact with the brace

I noticed that only rattles under hard acceleration, not over bumps or anything. Hopefully nothing internally is broken.

Exhaust rattle after long drive

Mine when I go WOT, I can hear the driver side rattle. When I got my exhaust, it had a dent on the lip were the clamps go. I straighten it just enough just so it would go in. Might need to straighten it more so it might be that.

The rattle almost sounds like a loose bolt, but its just weird i only hear it after it gets warmed up. Ill have to get under there and check the hangers and bolts again

Take them off and adjusting it again, probably something needs to be tightened.

How tight should exhaust bolts be torqued?

I bet its the hanger bolts coming loose. Mine started coming loose after I installed new axlebacks and they rattled under acceleration.

Try putting some blue lock-tight on the threads and making them really tight. Its worked for me for over 1000 miles now.

I have the same issue. I even had Borla send me a new exhaust because I couldn't find out what it was. New exhaust still rattles only after long drive or after heavy duty fun . Mine is also on drive side. I can replicate the sound with certain amount of throttle once it starts. It was gone for a long time then today I drove it 35 miles and toward the end it came back. I've gotten under the car and looked at everything one day and nothing seems close enough to touch even if it did flex under heat.
