White smoke

So all of the sudden I started noticing white smoke coming out my exhaust, car still runs fine, but when I'm sitting at a red light you can see the smoke coming out and it has a weird smell to it, any ideas?

Yea at first that's what I thought but it's been going on for a few days now and when I get on the gas I look in the rear view and smoke everywhere

The white smoke is most likely being caused by coolant that is entering the combustion chambers via a leaking intake manifold gasket, or a leaking head gasket.

My car has exactly the same problem.

Is your car still covered under the power train warranty?

I put my money on it being the head gasket.

Piston ring would cause blue smoke from burning oil. As stated earlier, this sounds coolant caused by a blown gasket.

Not always as slam dunk as white smoke means coolant. If you still have cats, you can get grey-white smoke from unburned fuel. What does it smell like? Sweetish? that's coolant. Look inside your overflow, if you're down on coolant that could indicate or its full of milkshake spooge, that's oil getting into the cooling system. Pop the plugs out and take a look. heavy crusty white or reddish coolant deposits is a giveaway. If it hasn't been happening long you might find one plug cleaner than the rest type of thing.

A compression test is in your future...maybe when you pull the plugs you can do that
