Does anyone know where I can purchase a boost bypass vacuum hose assembly and a intake air temperature sensor wiring harness?

Just the vacuum hose or the whole bypass regulator? The hoses are pretty simple - they just run from the manifold or a port on the front of the supercharger inlet. You should be able to use an air temperature piggy back harness like the one used in the Magnusson TVS kit. Your tuner will have to know this is installed as most TVS tunes use both AIT 1 & AIT 2.
Post a few pics of the set-up. Have you contacted SHM?

In the second picture I see the bypass assembly on the passenger side of the motor. The picture is not close enough to tell, but there should be a 5/16" vacuum hose nipple on the bypass. You need to run a vacuum hose to the intake manifold - there should be a similar 5/16" vacuum hose nipple somewhere on the intake manifold/supercharger assembly. I cant tell from the pics where the air intake temp sensor is on that assembly.

You can buy 5/16" vacuum house form Oreilly's or Auotzone for a few bucks. The bypass assembly has black top/yellow bottom and a silver actuating rod and is mounted on the passenger side of the supercharger assembly.
