Your best bet is to buy the FRPP wiring harness, that's about as simple as it gets. At that point any tuner for the Coyote will work to remove PATS and you can just not hook up wires to anything you don't need.
Unless you are using the full Coyote harness from a donor car for the auto already because the FRPP harness is for manual only.
