Bobs auto sport catch can

After seeing good reviews of this I decided to get it. It has been a terrible experience so far. First I had to contact them to even get my order shipped, they didn't send anything after 3 business days and a weekend but had already took the money from my account. They replied and got it being processed midway through the next business day. I got it today and come to find out I was shorted about a foot of hose and had to go to the auto store to get some hose. They also only gave one lock nut and one regular which seems crappy. So after spending the extra to get the firewall mount I had to spend even more and wrecked my plans for the night. Waiting on their next reply

Yeah, i had a great experience and i've ordered from them 2 or 3 times now. Really sucks you had a crappy experience though, all it takes is once to ruin a company for some people, trust me i understand.

If they can at least send me more hose or do something it'd make me feel better. I got similar hose from autostore but it doesn't have any psi info so hoping it all goes good. Has so far when I was driving after. Still haven't heard back from them though.

if you got the stuff thats only like $1 a foot it'll collapse as soon as you turn the car on ... ask me how i know -_-, you have to get something silicone reinforced and O'reily's is the only place i've found that has it, and its about $10 a foot.

Mine was like 6 a foot. It's survived a few short trips so far. I'll keep checking though, thanks for the heads up

I've bought from them a few times and always had no problems. They make a high quality catch can that works better than most cans out there. Hopefully you can get your issue worked out.

Well I MIGHT be getting replacement hose but what I am definitely getting is attitude. I can honestly say this service is complete ****. Worst I have ever gotten by a long shot. They try to put blame on me because I only said I was shorted hose I was suppose to get, and for not blatantly saying give me my god damn right length hose you idiots.

Wow, that doesn't sound like the contact I've had with them. I have bought stuff from them three times as well as asked a couple of technical questions through email and have always had a positive experience. I'm not sure what is going on.
