Another noise thread

I recently started getting a vibration noise from the rear end. Seems higher up if that makes sense. It is rapid, almost sounds like a plate would rattle but of course I have checked that. It really doesn't occur when accelerating. For the most part it is only while driving as you let off the gas and the RPM's drop. Once I downshift it goes away again until RPM's lover again. Seems to be the loudest about 2,500-3,500 RPM. I checked the clamps on the axle backs, made sure the bushings are still in where the axle back hangers are, checked license plate.

Any help appreciated.

I had the exact same thing happen when I had my pype bombs installed. Crazy rattle during the low end of deceleration. I know you said you already checked the bushings for the hangers but is the arm of the hanger touching anything else at all? The arm of mine was ever so slightly touching a solid piece near by. Couldn't tell just by looking at it initially. That vibration from the RPM's lowering was just enough to get it to wobble and vibrate so ridiculously, I had people looking out of their cars at me. Took three adjustments to get it to stop AND still have it properly aligned.

Not sure if that's your problem but I hope you get it corrected man. I know that sucks.
