Headlight bulb upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade my standard non HID bulbs. I seen an LED headlight replacement and a krypton bulb. What do you guys like better? What's the brighter build of the 2.

Philips Extreme Power 9008s will be the brightest and best focused halogen available for your car. As for LEDs, that's up to you. I'm not a fan of running anything besides a halogen in a housing designed for a halogen.

If im not mistaken the LED bulbs have a lower heat rating. What concerns you about using a different bulb in a halogen housing? I will look up the bulbs you recommended. Is that what you run?

I run the Xtreme Vision because they don't make an Xtreme Power in a 9007 size.

seems like the Philips Extreme Power 9008s don't have a very long life according to the reviews I've read.

They're typical for a higher intensity bulb. All of the high performance bulbs have shorter lives.
